Definition
With this authorization object you can restrict the authorization for the following processes performed during transition:
- Copy data from one accounting principle to another new accounting principle.
- Cleanup data which resulted from this copying process. Typically, you need to run a cleanup when you find some incorrect data after copying.
- Execution of the Cumulative Catchup and Copy of Deferred and Unbilled Receivables
- Calculation of the Comparative Results
- Display of the comparative report results
Defined fields
Activity (ACTVT)
Here, you define which activities are permitted:
- 01 Copy Accounting Principle
- 03 Comparative Report: Display of Results
- 06 Cleanup of new Accounting Principle
- 16 Execution of Cumulative Catchup and Reversal of Migrated Unbilled Receivable/Deferred Revenue in Target Accounting Principle at Transition
- 93 Comparative Report Calculation
Company Code (BUKRS) and Accounting Principle (ACCRULE)
The system checks the authorization against the combination of company code and accounting principle. The authorization fails if either the select company code or accounting principle fails the authorization.
