Definition
With this authorization object, you can restrict the authorization to clean up leftover data that was generated by a previous initial load job. You need to run a cleanup typically when you find some incorrect data after completing an initial load job.
Defined fields
Activity (ACTVT)
Here you define which activities are permitted:
- 01 = Create or generate
- 06 = Delete
Company Code (BUKRS) and Accounting Principle (ACCRULE)
The system checks the authorization to clean up leftover data against the combination of company code and accounting principle. The authorization fails if either the select company code or accounting principle fails the authorization.
