Definition

Separation Allowance Period Authorizations

This authorization objects controls the access to individual separation allowance periods.

You define the following points in combination with the organizational assigments:

• What actions are possible for what separation allowance period status.

• What request or settlement statuses the user is allowed to set for the separation allowance period when they save.

Defined fields

You must maintain the following authorization fields:

AUTHP - Personnel number checks

BUKRS - Company code

PERSA - Personnel area

KOSTL - Cost center

PERSG - Employee area

PERSK - Employee subarea

VDSK1 - Organizational key

PTZUO - Employee grouping for Travel Management

AUTHF_TRG - Operation and Old status of the separation allowance event

AUTHS_TRG - New status when saving the separation allowance event
