Definition
Authorization for scheduling and monitoring parallel background processes in Collections Management.
Defined fields
The authorization object F_UDM_PRUN has the authorization fields Program with Parallel Processing and Activity. As an administrator in receivables management, you are authorized to schedule and monitor the following programs:
Scheduling takes place with the programs listed above, monitoring using the monitor for parallel runs. The following activities are checked:
- 16,,Run
- To schedule programs that are supported for parallel processing in Collections Management, you need authorization for activity 16. Once you have run the respective background program, with the same authorization, you can stop or restart the scheduled job in the monitor.
- 03,,Display
- You can view the list of scheduled programs, together with their processing status and related application logs if you have authorization for activity 03.
- 06,,Delete
- With authorization for activity 06, you can delete the program runs.

With the program that creates the worklist, if you delete the run, the related worklist is also deleted.
- 43,,Release
- If an error occurs during the program run, and this leads to the run stopping, the status of the run may be set to Ended. In this case, you have to either restart the run (activity 16) or release it (activity 43).

With the program that creates the worklist, if you release the run, the worklist items are also released for the collection specialist.
