F_UDM_SGMT - Authorization for Collection Segment

Definition
Authorization for the assignment of groups of collections segments, the maintenance of collection-specific data in the business partner, and for displaying and processing business partner data in the collection segment in the worklist (process receivables, create and change resubmissions and customer contacts).
Defined fields
The authorization object F_UDM_SGMT has the authorization fields Collection Segment and Activity. The system determines the collection segment from the respective context:
- Segment that you assign a group to
- Segment for which you are changing data in the business partner
- Segment of the worklist item that you are displaying or processing
You can assign the following authorizations for a collection segment:
- 02,,Change
- You need authorization for activity 02 if you assign groups to a collection segment, delete the assignment, or want to set the default group.
- To maintain collection-specific data in the business partner, you need authorization for activity 02. This applies to changes in the master data and also for the execution of programs that change segment data or replace collection specialists.
- 28,,Display line items
- When you display the worklist or want to process receivables from there, you need authorization for activity 28. This includes logging a customer contact and the resubmission of the business partner.
