Authorization for display and maintenance of collection strategies in Collections Management
Defined fields
The authorization object F_UDM_STGY has the authorization fields Collection Strategy and Activity. It makes sense to introduce a naming convention for collection strategies to enable only the respective collection manager responsible to change the strategies. All collection specialists that use these strategies in their collection groups should be able to display the strategies.
The authorization object checks the following activities:
- 01,,Create and Copy
- 02,,Change
- 03,,Display
- 06,,Delete
- 21,,Transport
