Definition

This authorization object checks authorizations in the application component Action list used in Debt Recovery Management for Public Sector for the collection case. The authorization check takes place for all actions contained in the collection case.

This means you can control which activities the user can execute with specific actions, irrespective of action status or case status. As such you can limit the execution of actions on the action list to particular users or only allow certain users to include the actions in the action list.

Defined fields

ACTVT

Activity (there are a number of activities that are triggered by a pushbutton in the application component Action List or when a dialog window is called).

  • Pushbuttons:
01 - Add or Generate (Check on adding each individual action to the case)
02 - Change (Edit action)
06 - Delete (Delete actions from the list)
16 - Execute (Execute action)
80 - Print
  • Check on ready for input status of fields in the dialog box:
81 - Schedule (Change date of an action)
A3 - Change Status (Change status of an action)

COLL_ACKEY
Technical key of an action

CASETYPE
Technical name of a case type

SCMG_ROLE
Role of user compared with the actual object. You can enter the following values:

  • R (Person responsible)
  • C (Coordinator),
  • P (Processor) or
  • * (None).
Each user has a specific role when processing a case. They are the person responsible if their user name is entered for the attribute Responsible. They are Coordinator if they are not person responsible and their user name is not entered for the attribute Coordinator. They are a Processor if they are neither the person responsible or Coordinator and they are currently entered as Processor for the case. They are None when they have no other role. The system checks which of the three roles the processor has for the current runtime.

COLL_ACTST
Status of action. A number is assigned to each status. They can have the following values:

  • 01 (New),
  • 05 (In process) or
  • 10 (Completed).

CASE_PROF
ID of status profile of a case (is not relevant for the authorization as the status profile is derived from the case type.) The status of the case depends on the status profile.

CASE_STAT
Status of case. A number is assigned to each status. The meaning of the status of the case results in the combination with the status profile that the case was assigned to via the case type.
