Definition

This authorization object refers to libraries. Possible actions include creating, changing, displaying and deleting a library (transactions GR21, GR22, GR23, GR24), as well as creating reports for a library (GR31).

Defined fields

• Authorization group:

• The authorization groups assigned to an authorization object are stored in table TBRG. Using the table maintenance transaction SM31, you can display this table and add other authorization groups.

• Action (from table TACT):

• 01 (Create)

• 02 (Change)

• 03 (Display; create reports for the library)

• 06 (Delete)

You have the authorization to execute transactions GR2x if authorization has been granted for the respective action.
