Definition
Using this authorization object, the authorization to maintain, display, and use rollups is validated.
To access the transactions, the user must have the authorization for at least one authorization group for the related action:
- Create rollup (GL11):
- To assign an authorization group, the user must have create authorization for this authorization group.
- Change rollup (GL12):
- To change a rollup to which an authorization group is assigned, the user must have change authorization for this authorization group.
- To assign an authorization group, the user must have change authorization for this authorization group.
- Display rollup (GL13):
- To display a rollup to which an authorization group is assigned, the user must have display authorization for this authorization group.
- Delete rollup (GL14):
- To delete a rollup to which an authorization group is assigned, the user must have delete authorization for this authorization group.
- Execute rollup (GL15):
- To execute a rollup to which an authorization is assigned, the user must have display authorization for this authorization group.
- Reverse rollup (GL16):
- To reverse a rollup to which an authorization group is assigned, the user must have display authorization for this authorization group.
- Document rollup (RGLRUDOC):
- To output documentation for a rollup to which an authorization group is assigned, the user must have print authorization for this authorization group.
Defined fields
- Authorization group from table TBRG for authorization object G_806H_GRJ.
- Table TBRG is maintained by the customer.
- Action from table TACT:
- 01 Create
- 02 Change
- 03 Display
- 04 Print
- 06 Delete
