Definition
Authorization for validation maintenance
Performing a specific action on a validation that has a specific authorization group.
Authorizations for this authorization object are checked in the following functions:
- Create validation (GGB0):
- To access this function, the user must have create authorization for at least one authorization group.
- To assign an authorization group to the validation, the user must have create authorization for this authorization group.
- Change validation (GGB0):
- To access this function, the user must have change authorization for at least one authorization group.
- To assign an authorization group to the validation, the user must have change authorization for this authorization group.
- Display validation (GGB0):
- To access this function, the user must have display authorization for at least one authorization group.
- To display a validation that has an authorization group, the user must have display authorization for this authorization group.
- Delete validation (GGB0):
- To access this function, the user must have delete authorization for at least one authorization group.
- To delete a validation that has an authorization group, the user must have delete authorization for this authorization group.
- If your system does not include the Accounting component: Transport validation (GCT9):
- To access this function, the user must have transport authorization for at least one authorization group.
- To transport a validation that has an authorization group, the user must have transport authorization for this authorization group.

- 21 Transport a validation (if your system does not include the Accounting component)
- Authorization group from table TBRG for authorization object G_GB93_
- Table TBRG is maintained by the customer.
- If you temporarily do not want to assign authorization groups for validations, we recommend that you create all authorizations either with authorization group '*' or with any (fictitious) authorization group. All users who have an authorization for authorization object G_GB93_ then have all authorizations for all validations without an authorization group. Users without any create, change, display, or delete authorization do not have access to the validations without an authorization group.
