Definition
JIT Supply to Customer: Delivery Sequence Groups. Using this authorization object, supplier can restrict the interaction of users by plant and allowed activity, to maintain the master data of delivery sequence groups. Each Delivery sequence group represents a master data record, which then can be used to generate the sequence numbers, to allow the delivery of goods in an orderly manner. With this authorization, we restrict master data specialist assigned with one plant (or multiple plants), cannot see/maintain any other plant related information.
Defined fields
The object consists of the fields "Plant" and "Activity".
Permitted activities (table TACTZ):
- 01 Create or generate
- 02 Change
- 03 Display
- 06 Delete
- 07 Activate, generate (This sets the data record's lifecycle status to Active. This makes the record usable in real-world in the scope of Just-In-Time Supply to Customer)
- 16 Execute
- 63 Activate (Similar to 07)
- F4 For Value Help
- H1 Deactivate (This acts as opposite behavior to the activities 07 and 63, but this also depends on the usage of the data record as well. For example, if the record is already consumed in any JIT process, even though this activity is available to the user, he/she cannot deactivate the record. This also applies to 06(Delete) activity as well.)
