Easy Authorization Management for SAP

Using this authorization object, you determine the allowed activities for users of the Register of Incoming and Outgoing Tax Invoices. Each activity is defined for a specific Company Code.

The object includes two fields: Company Code and Activity. The Activity field can have the following possible values:

• I1 Set Status (Incoming)

Allows the user to change the status of the incoming document.

• I2 Send to ERPN (Incoming)

Allows the user to send the incoming document to ERPN.

• I3 ERPN Request (Incoming)

Allows the user to create an ERPN Request from the incoming documents.

• I4 Special Functions (Incoming)

Allows the user to use Special Functions on the incoming documents.

• I5 Display/Change (Incoming)

Allows the user to display and change the incoming document.

• I6 Generate Outgoing (Incoming)

Allows the user to generate an outgoing document on the basis of an incoming document.

• O1 Set Status (Outgoing)

Allows the user to change the status of the outgoing document.

• O2 Send to ERPN (Outgoing)

Allows the user to send the outgoing document to ERPN.

• O3 ERPN Request (Outgoing)

Allows the user to create an ERPN Request from the outgoing documents.

• O4 Special Functions (Outgoing)

Allows the user to use Special Functions on the outgoing documents.

• O5 Display/Change (Outgoing)

Allows the user to display and change the outgoing document.

O6 Create XML (Outgoing)
Allows the user to create an XML file for an outgoing document.

• O7 Send to Customer (Outgoing)

Allows the user to send the outgoing document to the customer.

• O8 Mass Deletion of Parked Accounting Documents (Outgoing)

Allows the user to delete Parked Accounting Documents.

• O9 Delete XMLs for Correction Tax Invoices (Outgoing)

Allows the user to delete XMLs of Correction Tax Invoices.
