Definition

You use authorization object K_BDGT_DOC to grant authorizations to users who work with budget documents.

Defined fields

The authorization object contains the following fields:

• Controlling Area

• Company Code

• Plan Category

• Category Usage

• Budget Type

• Budget Document Type

• Activity

You can allow one or more of the following actions:

• 02: Change (create new documents or update existing documents)

• 03: Display

• 06: Delete

• F4: Value Help

Examples

Authorization 1:

You're authorized to create, update, and display cost center budget documents for company code 0001. You can also see these documents in the value help, but only for company code 0001.

Authorization 2:

For all company codes, you're authorized to display cost center budget documents and you can see them in the value help.
