Definition
The object protects the maintenance of authorization objects in CO-PA planning.
Defined fields
The object contains two fields:
- Activity: Determines whether the user is authorized to carry out the following transactions for authorization objects in CO-PA planning:
- Create AND Change (Activity = 02)
- Display (Activity = 03).
- Operating concern: Determines which operating concerns the user may maintain.
The various authorizations for this object define for which operating concerns and with which actions the user may process CO-PA-specific authorization objects for planning.
Example
User X may maintain the CO-PA-specific authorization objects for all operating concerns. Authorizations:
- Activity 02,03
- Op.concern *
User Y may maintain the CO-PA-specific authorization objects in operating concern 0010. Authorizations:
- Activity 02,03
- Op.concern 0010
User Z may display the CO-PA-specific authorization objects in operating concern 0015. Authorizations:
- Activity 03
- Op.concern 0015
