Definition

Sales and Profit Planning: Entry

This authorization object protects the initial entry into sales and profit planning and its Customizing.

Defined fields

The object contains the following fields:

• Operating concern

• Activity

The following activities are analyzed:

• "02" - change

• "03" - display

• "16" - execute

• "21" - transport

• "GL" - general overview

Example

The user requires authorization to display Customizing and to execute planning for all operating concerns. He or she therefore needs to have the following authorization:

• Operating concern "*"

• Activities "03" and "16".

A different user coordinates planning for the operating concern S001. This user has to maintain personalization profiles. However, since personalization profiles can only be maintained from the general overview, this user needs the following authorization:

• Operating concern "S001"

• Activities "02" and "GL".
