Definition

This authorization object enables you to restrict the transfer of plan data to profit centers.

Defined fields

The object contains three fields:

• Controlling area: Specifies for which controlling areas the user is authorized to transfer plan data.

• Version: Defines for which versions the user is authorized to transfer plan data.

• Fiscal year: Defines for which fiscal years the user is authorized to transfer plan data.

The user may transfer plan data for the combination of controlling area, version, and fiscal year for which he/she is authorized.

Example

User X may transfer plan data in version 010 for year yyyy in controlling area 1000. Corresponding authorizations:

• Fiscal year 'yyyy'

• Controlling area '1000'

• Version '010'

User Y may transfer plan data for all fiscal years for all controlling areas. However, this only applies to data in version 005. Corresponding authorizations:

• Fiscal year '*'

• Controlling area '*'

• Version '005'
