Definition
This authorization object enables you to specify the purchasing organization for the main organization of a legal transaction.
Defined fields
The authorization object comprises of the following fields:
- Main Organization - Purchasing Organization
- Activity
Possible activities include:
- Display, Create, Change, etc.
- F4 = Read authorization in value helps
If the user already has “display authorization (03), then the “read authorization (F4) is automatically included and does not need to be granted explicitly.
