Definition

This authorization object enables you to restrict the maintenance of central purchase contracts using the document type.

Defined fields

The authorization object comprises of two fields:

• Document type

• Activity

The various authorizations for this object type determine both the document types and the activity that can be used to process central purchase contracts.

Possible activities include, for example, "Display", "Create", and "Change".

Example

User A may create, change, and display all document types.

Relevant authorization: document type '*', activities '1-3'.

On the other hand, user B may only display a certain document type (for instance, quantity contracts).

Relevant authorization: document type 'MK', activity '3'.
