Definition
With this authorization object, it is possible to restrict the maintenance of physical inventory documents via the plant.
Defined fields
The authorization object comprises two fields:
- Activity: determines whether the user may
- Create ,,(activity = 01)
- Change ,,(activity = 02)
- Display ,,(activity = 03)
- Print ,,(activity = 04), or
- Delete ,,(activity = 06)
- The following activities are relevant for Fiori applications only:
- Post ,,(activity = 10)
- Enter again allows to trigger a recount ,, (activity = AH)
- Plant: determines which plants may be maintained by the user.
In the various authorizations for this object, you thus specify for which plants and with which activity physical inventory documents may be processed.
Example
User A may create, change and display physical inventory documents for all plants. Relevant authorization:
- Activity,,'1-3' (or '*')
- Plant,,,,'*'
On the other hand, user B may only display physical inventory documents for a certain plant. Relevant authorization:
- Activity,,'3'
- Plant,,,,'0001'
Note
No authorizations for stock counts and inventory differences can be awarded with this object.
