Definition

With this authorization object, it is possible to restrict the maintenance of Physical Inventory Count via the plant.

Defined fields

The authorization object comprises two fields:

• Activity: determines whether the user may process Physical Inventory Count as follows.

• Create ,,(activity = 01)

• Change ,,(activity = 02)

• Display,,(activity = 03)

• Print ,, (activity = 04)

• Read in value helps. If the user has in parallel the same authorization with display activity 03 the authorization for read in value helps is automatically included ,,(activity = F4)

The following activities are relevant for Fiori applications only:

• Count. Allows the Enter Count w/o a Reference to Document (Ad Hoc Count) ,,(activity = AI)

• Plant: determines the plants that may be maintained by the user.

The various authorizations for this object thus specify for which plants and with which activity Physical Inventory Count may be processed.

Example

User A may create, change, display, and print Physical Inventory Count for all plants. Relevant authorization:

• Activities,,'01-04' (or '*')

• Plant,,,,,,'*'.

On the other hand, user B may only display Physical Inventory Count for one particular plant. Relevant authorization:

• Activity,,,,'03'

• Plant,,,,,,'0001'

Note

You cannot award authorizations for physical inventory documents and inventory differences with this object.
