Definition
Organisational levels for long-term planning
With this authorization object, you control whether a user:
- is authorized to carry out long-term planning for one or more plants or for one or several scenarios
- and which individual activities the user is allowed to carry out
Defined fields
The authorization object contains three fields:
- Activity types in long-term planning (Field MDAKT)
Possible values: 'L1': Total planning
'L2': Single-item, multi-level planning
'L3': Single-item, single-level planning
'L4': Process stock/requirements list
'L5': Individual display of the MRP list
'L6': Collective display of the MRP list
'L8': Reorganization of MRP list
'LA': Create planning scenario
'LB': Change planning scenario
'LC': Display planning scenario
'LS': Calculate simulative opening stock
'LE': Set up data for purchasing info system
'01': Create planned order
'02': Change planned order
'03': Display planned order
- Planning scenario (Field PLSCN)
Here, you must enter the planning scenarios for which the activities are allowed to be carried out.
- Plant (Field WERKS)
Here, you must enter the plants for which the activities of long-term planning are allowed to be carried out.
