Definition

With this authorization object, it is possible to restrict maintenance of supplier evaluations on the basis of the purchasing organization.

Defined fields

The authorization object consists of two fields:

• the purchasing organization, and

• the activity.

The various authorizations for this object thus determine for which purchasing organizations and with which activity supplier evaluations may be processed.

Examples of possible activities are "Create", "Change", and "Display".

Example

User A may create, change and display supplier evaluations for all purchasing organizations.

Relevant authorization: purchasing organization '*', activities 'A' (for creating and changing) and 'D' (for displaying).

User B may only display supplier evaluations for one particular purchasing organization (e.g., "1234").

Relevant authorization: purchasing organization '1234', activity 'D'.
