M_MRES_BWA - Reservations: Movement Type

Definition
With this authorization object you can limit the maintenance of reservations using the movement type.
Defined fields
The authorization object contains two fields:
- Activity: defines whether the user
- may enter reservations ,,(Activity = 01)
- may change reservations ,,(Activity = 02)
- may display reservations ,,(Activity = 03)
- may delete reservations ,,(Activity = 06)
- may reorganize reservations ,,(Activity = 65)
- may manage reservations ,,(Activity = 70)
- Read in value helps. If the user has in parallel the same authorization with display activity 03 the authorization for read in value helps is automatically included ,,(Activity = F4)
- Movement type: defines with which movement types reservations may be maintained.
In the different authorizations for this object, you also define for which movement types and with which activity reservations may be processed.
Example
User A may enter, change, display and also print reservations with all movement types. The corresponding authorization is:
- Activity ,,'01-06' (or '*')
- Movement type,,'*'
User B, on the other hand, may display only reservations for cost centers. The corresponding authorization is:
- Activity ,,'03'
- Movement type,,'201' (goods issue for cost center)
User C (System administrator) may manage reservations. He or she may set the 'Movement allowed' indicator as well as delete reservations using the reservation management program.
The corresponding authorization is:
- Activity ,,'65' and '70'
- Movement type,,'*'
