Definition

This authorization object determines the actions that you can perform on the material sustainability data for a specific purchasing organization.

Defined fields

The authorization object consists of two fields:

• The purchasing organization

• The activity

The authorizations for this object determine the actions that you can do, for example, Create, Change, or Display.

If one or more purchasing organizations are set, then the activity values can be performed on the purchasing organizations mentioned.

&EXAMPLE&

User A may create, change, and display vendor sustainability data for all purchasing organizations.

Relevant authorization: purchasing organization '*', activities 'A' for creating and changing and 'D' for displaying.

User B may only display vendor evaluations for one particular purchasing organization, for example, "1234".

Relevant authorization: purchasing organization '1234', activity 'D'.
