Definition

This authorization object lets you restrict the maintenance of the business partner function "employee". The object is always checked in combination with the object for the maintenance of the general business partner.

• If you grant the user authorization to create an employee without the authorization to create a general business partner, he/she may only create functions for existing business partners.

• If you grant the user authorization to change an employee without authorization to change the general business partner, he/she may only change the function-specific data (i.e. not name and address).

If a user is only authorized to maintain employees, he/she may only edit persons for whom the employee indicator is set.

Defined fields

The authorization object contains two fields:

• GPART: IS-H: Business partner

Employee identification key

• ACTVT: Activity

• "01" = create employee

• "02" = change employee

• "03" = display employee

• "06" = flag for deletion
