Definition

This authorization object lets you restrict the processing of movements of a case.

In the authorizations for this object you specify which movement categories (e.g. admission, transfer, discharge) a user may process (and with which activities) in particular organizational units.

Defined fields

The authorization object contains five fields:

• N_EINRI: IS-H: Institution

• N_BEWTY: IS-H: Movement category

With the movement categories "1" (admission), "2" (discharge) and "3" (transfer) in conjunction with the activity "01" (create), you should authorize all organizational units. This ensures that a patient can be admitted into or discharged from an institution, or transferred into another organizational unit without delay.

The movement categories "6" (absence start) and "7" (absence end) should be specified together since their contents belong together.

• N_ORGID: IS-H: Organizational unit identification key

Here specify the organizational units in which a user may process movements. These are the organizational units to which a patient can be assigned on a departmental or nursing basis or for outpatient treatment.

• ACTVT: Activity

• "01" = create

• "02" = change

• "03" = display

• "06" = cancel

• N_PLANB: IS-H: Planned/actual movement indicator

With this indicator you determine whether a user can process planned or actual movements.

• "P" = planned movements

• " " = actual movements
