Definition
This authorization object enables you to restrict the processing of material requisitions and case-related material consumptions.
The activities allowed with regard to a material requisition are are dependent on the approval type of a material.
An approval type depicts a particular release procedure in the hospital, for example the release of a requisition by nursing management or release by the chief physician. You can define approval types in the table LS> IS-H MM: Approval Types (TNM10A).
For the processing of material consumptions, the system only checks the nursing organizational unit and the activity and not the approval type.
Defined fields
- The authorization object contains three fields:
- N_GEART: IS-H MM: Approval type
- N_ORGPF: IS-H: Nursing organizational unit
- ACTVT: Activity
- "01" = create and change
- "03" = display
- "43" = release and approve (material requisition)
- "85" = reverse (material consumption)
