Definition
This authorization object contains 5 authorization fields. You can use this object to grant different levels of authorizations to users.
Defined fields
There are 5 authorization fields in the POC_AUTH object:
- PROCDEFID: Determines whether or not a user is allowed to see all the process details in POC for the given process definition ID.
- POC_SCOPE: Determines whether a user is only allowed to see the details of the processes in which he or she is involved, or is allowed to see the details of all processes. (User involvement means that the user has executed an activity in the process.)
- 01: The user is only allowed to see the details of the processes in which he or she is invlolved.
- 02: The user is allowed to see the details of all processes.
- E2E_SCOPE: Determines whether a user is only allowed to see the details of processes that are local to the system, or can see the details of all the end-to-end processes across related systems.
- 01: The user is only allowed to see the local processes.
- 02: The user is allowed to see end-to-end processes across related systems,
- POC_USER: Determines whether or not a user is authorized to see user-related information for a process.
- "X": User Information can be seen
- "-": No User Information Visible
- POC_ACTVT: Determines for which activities a user can view POC details.
- 01: Monitoring Display
- 02: Analytics Display
- 03: Delete
