Definition
Dependency Rules (DRUL)
Dependency Rules are ABAP Workbench objects of type DRUL. These objects are delivered by SAP. Customers can implement Dependency Rule Definitions using the SAP Note Assistant (transaction SNOTE). Customers cannot create own Dependency Rule Definitions.
ABAP Workbench authorization checks are the primary access control for Dependency Rules. Displaying Dependency Rules does not require authorization object S_DRUL.
Authorization object S_DRUL is checked automatically when creating, changing or deleting the Dependency Rule Definition.
The authorization object S_DRUL is therefore intended for SAP internal use only. It is not intended to be used by customers. It is also excluded from the authorization profile SAP_ALL.
Defined fields
The object has the fields DDOBJNAME (Name of the Dependency Rule) and ACTVT. Valid value for ACTVT is "23" "Maintain"
