Easy Authorization Management for SAP

S_I18N - I18n Configuration and Administration

Definition

The authorization object S_I18N covers all tasks related to the configuration and administration of internationalization settings such as the language configuration or code page maintenance.

Defined fields

The object has two authorization fields

1. I18N_AREA: defines the topic or area which is touched by a user. There are four areas defined
1. LANGUAGES: I18n language configuration
2. CODEPAGES: Codepage maintenance and administration
3. CONFIG: I18n configuration not related to languages and codepages
4. CACHE: Refresh of the converter cache
2. ACTVT: the corresponding activities applied to the I18N_AREA ( Display, Maintain and Refresh).
