Easy Authorization Management for SAP

Definition

The external application, in particular SAP Enterprise Portal, checks the authorization during the export (reading) of the role/user information.

Defined fields

The authorization object has the following fields:

• Activity (ACTVT)

• Authorization Value (AUTH_VALUE)

The only accepted action value for field ACTVT is Read (33).

The only accepted value for field AUTH_VALUE is NWBC_EXPORT_SAPPORTAL.

For full authorization for a user, enter "*" in both authorization fields.
