Definition
This authorization object controls the maintenance of graphics that have been created in the R/3 System as texts with object "GRAPHICS". By maintaining a specific authorization, you can restrict the number of texts that a user with a certain user profile is allowed to maintain.
The authorization is checked when graphics are imported and when graphics stored as text are changed or deleted.
Defined fields
- Language: Here you specify the language keys of the texts for which the user is authorized.
- Text ID: Here you specify the text IDs of the texts with object "GRAPHICS" for which the user is authorized. The text ID is part of the text key in the database.
- Name: Here you must specify the name of the texts for which the user is authorized.
- Activity: Here you specify the activity (action) for which the user is authorized: Value 01 authorizes the user to maintain and value 03 to display texts with object "GRAPHICS".
