Definition
This authorization object controls the maintenance of SAPscript standard texts in the R/3 System. By maintaining an appropriate authorization, it is possible to limit the number of standard texts which can be maintained by a user with a corresponding user profile.
The authorization is checked when a text is loaded with the SAPscript standard text editor transaction.
Defined fields
The authorization object has the following fields:
- Language: The language keys of the texts for which the user is authorized are defined here.
- Text ID: The text IDs of the standard texts for which the user is authorized are specified here. The text ID is part of the text key in the database.
- Name: The names of the standard texts for which the user is authorized must be specified here.
- Activity: The activity for which the user is authorized is specified here.
The value 01 authorizes the user to create standard texts, the value 02 to maintain them and the value 03 to display them.
