Definition

This authorization object refers to versions and variants of a document. The term documentcovers documents, records, record models, file plans, and notes.

Defined fields

ACTVT

Entries in this field restrict the authorization to particular activities. Enter the activity numbers of the activities that are to be allowed.

Note: Authorization for the activity Editis not offered, because editing document content is covered in the activity Createin the authorization object S_SRMGSP_CT (authorization object for document content), and editing attribute values is covered by the activity Editin the authorization object S_SRMGS_PR (authorization object for attributes).

SPS_ID

Entries in this field restrict the authorization to a particular element type. Enter an element type ID.

SRM_MODEL

Entries in this field restrict the authorization to a particular record model. Enter the unique name of a record model.

DOCUMENTID

Entries in this field restrict authorization to a particular element. Enter the unique ID of the document.
