In the operation "Maintain authorizations" you can maintain
The following list shows which authorization objects are checked:

There are authorizations for all authorization objects in the SAP standard system.
The authorizations supplied apply to all organizational units.
Check whether the authorizations supplied meet your requirements. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Choose the object class of the application.
- This means the object classes Basis - Central Functions, Human Resources and Basis - Administration for the above authorization objects.
- The list of authorization objects is displayed.
- First only the descriptive long text of the authorization object is displayed in the list. Choose Utilities -> Technical names to display the above names of the authorization objects.
- Choose an authorization object.
- A list of the authorizations aready defined for this object is displayed.
Create new authorizations if required. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Choose Authorization -> Create.
- Enter the authorization and a short text.
- Choose a field to maintain the individual field values.
- Save your settings.
- Activate the new authorization.
