Definition

This authorization object allows you to restrict the user's access to condition records (for example, in pricing or output determination) in the specified sales areas. You can restrict the user's access to condition records even more by maintaining the V_KONH_VKS authorization object.

Defined fields

The authorization object covers four fields:

• Activity - Determines which condition-related activities the user can carry out in the specified sales area. The activities can be assigned as follows:

Meaning		Activity
Add or create		01
Change		02
Display		03

• Distribution channel - Specifies the distribution channel of the sales area.

• Division - Specifies the division of the sales area.

• Sales organization - Specifies the sales organization of the sales area.

Example

User A is authorized to maintain condition records for only one sales area and has the following authorizations:

• Activity = 01-03

• Distribution channel = 01

• Division = 01

• Sales organization = 0001

User B is authorized to display the condition records in all the sales areas to which sales organization 0001 is assigned and has the following authorizations:

• Activity = 03

• Distribution channel = *

• Division = *

• Sales organization = 0001
