WCF_FEED - General authorization to use WCF Feed (Atom Feed)

Definition
This authorization object is used to restrict access to the feed functionality. If authorized through this authorization check, the user can subscribe to the Web Client UI Feed, either by using the RSS feed feature of the browser, for example, by clicking the RSS icon in the address bar of the Mozilla Firefox browser, or by clicking the feed icon on the central personalization page of the WebClient UI.
This authorization is also checked when the user accesses the feed through his or her feed reader.
Please note that this is the general check for subscription and access to the feed. In addition to passing this check, the user must have his or her business role (that is, WCF role) configured to have access to the feed, as well the authorizations required to get specific data (like alerts) into the feed.
Defined fields
FEED_ID: This field is used to supply the ID of the feed, for example DEFAULT.
ACTVT: This field takes the following value: 03 (display)
