Sequence of records with SELECT ... ENDSELECT

Symptom
A SELECT instruction without ORDER-BY clause does not output the
selected records in the desired sequence.
Cause
With a SELECT instruction without ORDER-BY clause, no sequence is
guaranteed.
Solution
Add an ORDER-BY clause to the SELECT instruction.
