SQL error 'DUPLICATE KEY' with Table APQI

Symptom
When creating sessions or importing a PUT, the SQL error
'DUPLICATE KEY'occurs.
Cause
There are defined secondary indices that are not unique.
Solution
Delete the indices (either alll or primarily Number 3 and 4)
from the Data Dictionary and then from the database with DDIC means.
The error is remedied in Release 1.1E.
The debugging of the individual systems is currently being
transported with B11K004938.
