Syntax check w/function module w/global interface

Symptom

With check of an include program for a function module with a global
interface, an error is issued that a function module parameter is not
known.

The syntax check on the entire function group as well as the include
that contains the affected function module works fine, however.

Cause

Global interface parameters are only known in a separate check of
include programs are only known in the function module in which the
include is located.

Solution

Perform syntax check on entire function group.
