Symptom

In Basis System Management Manual (pur-order no. 5000-2571), the
permitted authorization values for ACTVT fields are incorrectly given.
The values must always be entered in authorizations as 2 digits, not
single digit as the manual describes if they are less than 10. All
authorization objects used by the Field ACTVT are affected by this.

Single digit values, such as 2 instead of 02, fail the AUTHORITY-CHECK.

Cause

Documentation error.

Solution

Only enter values such as 02, 03, 04 in the authorizations, not
2, 3, 4 etc.
