Editor utilities (copy, delete, rename)

Symptom

Copy / rename via the ABAP editor utilites do not change the title
in the editor.

Cause

According to the CUA philosophy, general functions appear under
utilites that do not refer to the object currently being processed.
The current functionality is intended.

Solution

To avoid such error messages, in version 2.0 of the editor, functions
copy, delete, and rename will no longer be offered as utilities;
they will only be offered outside the editor.
