Displaying interrupted RF update orders

Symptom

Customer wants to have commercial info regarding terminated update
orders such as doc. number. This is not displayed in SM13.

Cause

Justifiable customer interest.

Solution

For update orders in RF, the Report RFVBER00 can be used to display
detailed information. This not possible for other applications.
