/CWM/CM_1: Functions in the Logistics Area (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Industry Extension Catch Weight Management, Enhancement Package 4 (IS-CWM 604), business function CWM, New Architecture: Inventory Management, Inventory Accounting in ERP (/CWM/CM_1), the following changed functions are available:

• Inventory quantity information is managed in SAP standard tables of component MM-IM (MARD, for example). CWM-specific appends have been added to the tables for CWM fields. The LIME component (Logistics Inventory Management Engine), which was used in earlier versions, is no longer used.

• Likewise, the /CWM/STOCK transaction is no longer used. Instead, the standard transactions MMBE and MB52 are used to display the stock information. These transactions have been enhanced with CWM-specific fields.
