SAP Customs Management - Document Printing (Enhanced)
Use
As of Release 7.0 of SAP Global Trade Services(SAP GTS), you can print the following new documents in Adobe format in SAP Customs Management with the enhanced document printing function:
- Customs export and customs import declaration (EU) with all the necessary carbon copies and
- With or without stamps for the relevant authorization
- With or without document number for the relevant authorization
- Incomplete export declaration (EU)
- Local clearance notification, informal (global)
- Scrapping list for declaring scrapping from the customs warehouse, informal (global)
- Canada Customs Coding Form, electronic form of B3 import form (CA)
- Certificate of Origin (JP )
The Single Administrative Document of the European Community has been revised in accordance with the specifications of Regulation No. (EC) 2286/2003 of December 18, 2003. The changes of law have been effective since April 1, 2005 and have been implemented in the electronic customs system of the German Customs Authorities, ATLAS Release 7.0. SAP Customs Management has adjusted all the documents affected by the changes.
The following documents have also been enhanced or adjusted:
- NAFTA: Certificate of Origin
- MX: Certificate of Origin
- US: Certificate of Origin
- US: Entry Summary (CF 7501)
- US: Immediate Entry (CF 3461)
- US: Inward Cargo Manifest (CF 7533)
- EU: Loading List for the Single Administrative Document
The printing of foreign trade documents in SAP GTS 7.0 saves you from having to prepare the documents required for foreign trade activities outside the system. This saves time and costs when you first issue the documents and you can easily print new documents if any get lost.
Adobe technology is the world's new and leading technology for offline and printed forms and is a flexible tool for processing form templates and printing or sending documents.

To configure the enhancement for document printing in SAP Customs Management, you configure it in the Implementation Guide(IMG) of SAP GTS 7.0. To do this, use the activity SAP Global Trade Services-> SAP Customs Management-> General Settings -> Basic Functions-> Communication Processes for Document Printing and EDI.
