SAP Risk Management - Preference Processing (Enhanced)

Use

Starting in Release 7.1 of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS), you can use the following enhancements to request and send reminders for vendor- based long-term vendor declarations, as well as issue and revoke long-term vendor declarations for customers purposes:

• Initial transfer of goods receipts to fill the worklist to request and send reminders for vendor-based long-term vendor declarations

• Initial transfer of billing documents to fill the worklist to issue long-term vendor declarations for customers purposes

• Change documents for vendor-based and customer-purpose long-term vendor declarations

If you have entered the names in your feeder system that have products with your customers or vendors, you can transfer them to SAP GTS. This will make it easier for your vendors to issue vendor-based long-term vendor declarations, and for you to assign the long-term vendor declarations for customers purposes that you have issued for the customers products.

The bill of product display for preference processing is available for order-related BOPs for configurable products starting in SAP GTS 7.1.

The functional enhancements for SAP Risk Management - Preference Processing have no effects on the Customizing in SAP GTS or in your feeder system.
