Enhancements to dunning functionality

Description

The following enhancements and changes were made to the dunning run

functionality for 31H:

- Selective reprinting of individual dunning notices using the sample

printout function

- Postprocessing all accounts in a dunning run, even if only blocked

items have been selected for the accounts in the dunning run

- Clerk block when postprocessing dunning proposal

- Expansion of minimum charge in T047H and M047H by two places each

for soft currency countries

- Expansion of special G/L indicators which can dunned in table T047A

by 10 places, so that up to 20 special G/L transactions can be dunned

altogether

- Option to send dunning notice immediately to printer
