'Allowing Release' No Longer Available

Description

The organizational measure Allow release is no longer available. Cost estimates for which marking have been allowed are automatically granted the release to update the standard price in the material master.

Allowing release is already provided for when marking is allowed, and does not, therefore, need to be specifically granted any more.
