Declarations to the authories - incompletion log and goods direction

Description

As of release 4.0, you can select the fields to be declared as relevant for the incompletion log, depending on the goods direction.

This means, for example, that the currency of the vendor can be set as relevant for creating the receipt declaration (MM) but not relevant for creating the dispatch declaration (SD) in INTRASTAT.
