New field appended to Vacancy Infotype

Description

In the Vacancy infotype 1007, you now have the option to define a vacancy with the statuses "open" or "filled". This affects vacancy maintenance in the Recruitment component. If you set the vacancy with the status "open", it means you can reserve a vacancy in Recruitment. If you set the vacancy with the status "filled", it means someone has been hired to fill that position.

You can still set the historical record flag when you decide that a vacancy record is no longer valid.
